they put a fake female deer across the street with lipstick on!
they take dogs out and run the deer that direction
Lots of training.
They spray deer urine all over it, then spray more directly across the road from it, so the deer will cross in a direct path from the sign to the other side of the road.
It first starts off when they shoot the deer with a sleep dart, let it have babies, and then train the babies to walk by the yellow sign, its kinda like training a toddler to us the pond
