LOL. Logically, no.If I'm more likely to be killed by a deer, should I support the 'war on terror'?
You can chose to support the country you were born in, and it's legitimately elected government, or not. That is your CHOICE as an American. However, don't howl in outrage if the USA is ever taken over, or subjected to Israeli conditions of bombardment, suicide attacks, etc. on a constant basis.
You are not likely to be struck by lightning, either, but that is no reason to refuse to pay taxes to support local hospitals, which you would NEED to be transported to and treated if so struck. So, do you complain about paying taxes for those? If not, then it's just a matter of what you ';think'; you should do for your country. Some chose to help serve it, some demand service FROM it constantly, without giving anything back.
Which are you?
- The Gremlin Guy -If I'm more likely to be killed by a deer, should I support the 'war on terror'?
You got it! The War on Terror is a piece of cloak that is being thrown over the eyes of the American people to distract them from their true enemies-the Republican neo-cons-who are selling their freeedom, stealing their jobs, hijacking their country's patriotic sentiments, sacrificing her children.
You are more likely to be killed by natural lightening, in a bathtub fall or by your car crashing into a deer on the road (or swerving to avoid one) - and far more likely to be killed in a car or workplace accident - than you are to be killed by a terrorist.
It is a shame that George W. Bush and Dick Cheney and their neo-con allies chose not to fight the war on terror, Al Queda and Osama Bin Laden, the mastermind of 9/11... But chose instead to attack Saddam Hussein, who despised Bin Laden and Al Queda, and who was no immediate threat to the U.S., but who did, coincidentally (?), have tons of oil...
Maybe we should support the ';war on deer.'; We've already been led into a war on nature by this administration...
I'd like to see a statistic on this one. I've heard of people getting killed in auto accidents because they swerved to miss deer. But, I haven't ever heard of a deer actually killing someone.
also, the way this ';war on terror'; is being waged, Osama is also more likely to be killed by a deer than US forces...
I support a war on terror...as long as it's focused on actual terrorist threats...
Yeah, and carry a rifle in case you meet a deer intent on killing you, you could tell the game warden it was self defense! And then eat the sucker (the deer).
Wow, that must have been a BIG deer that hit the Twin Towers Sept 11, 2001, huh?
Good thing 2,752 Americans weren't killed by terrorists here on American soil that day!
it should be called ';proof the american people are STUPID';.
its a war on the USA's economy, nohting else.
You say that until one of these nutcases detonate a nuclear device in one of or cities. Then you'll be crying the loudest...
you can wizz on and make fun of those odds because of the War on Terror ..... think about it
Even I can draw a parallel from being killed by a deer to supporting the war!
absolutely not, support your local deer.harry reed you sly mf is that you........
yeah the deer around here would kill ya.
Where the hell do you live where you have homicidal deer to contend with?
A suicide bomber deer! Oh dear!
