besides corn you should plant food plots for early spring and late fall this will help the deer with food during those time when there is no corn to eat try winter wheat,rye alfalfa,clover, chicory and beets.depending on you budget you may want to buy some trail cameras just to see what is on your proptery

First...for what reason? second...If you are hunting them, give them a season or two to grow large before you shoot them, and if your not shooting them, plant the flowers they like and find the whole grains they like and it will help them grow..
well try planting some clover and wait for the deer to get used to the new plot and and when u go out scouting if u see a big buck u know u have done a good job and also try switching ur plot sides every 2 or 3 years cause ur soil needs to replinish and get back the nutriunce(how ever u spell it) it needs to strive
