I found a dead deer under my porch?

I'm confused how did it get there, what do Ido withit?!I found a dead deer under my porch?

Maybe it was sick and was resting under your porch. Then maybe it got very very sick and died there. Well, I think that you should call the animal control, let them remove its body.
Its possible it crawled there and then died. call animal control they will remove the body.
call your city hall they will be able to tell you what to do but don't touch it just let them handle it lol
