Camoflauge works throu the mix of light and dark more than on color. which is why you see these jackets in the bright orange camo.If deer are color blind then why do people where cammo while hunting?

sorry i dont have the answer but i have never thought of this and it makes sense and there wouldnt be as many hunting accidents because they would all wear bright orange.
The purpose of camo is not the color but to just blend in with the surroundings. The fact that they're color blind is an advantage for hunters because they can blend in more easily.
people use camo to blend in. i know it works because i have had a deer walk within 15 feet of me.
