What effect might the decrease in deer population have on other plant/animal population in the habitat?

not enough to worry about, humans take care of that with all the forest destruction for you friggen houses, malls and parking lots.we are the biggest destructive force in the world. What effect might the decrease in deer population have on other plant/animal population in the habitat?
the increasing or decreasing of a certain population can severely hurt any ecosystem. Less deer causes the population of their predators to lessen. Everything has an effect on everything. What effect might the decrease in deer population have on other plant/animal population in the habitat?
Deer are notorious for overpopulating areas and eating everything they can reach. It's not uncommon in overpopulated areas to see completely bare forests from ground level to 7 feet or more up the trees (the height a deer can reach standing on it's hind feet). If you hunt the population under control, you will see the forest start to re-grow. More bushes, flowers, new trees, etc. The increased ground cover is then conducive to more small animals, insects, lizards, reptiles, rabbits, etc.
We will be FORCED to eat crap filled cows ALL the time! Literally, CRAP FILLED cows, do you know what they put in the cow feeds these days? DO YA? Now I know why the cows go MAD! I too would go MAD if I had to eat S*** most of the time!
You do not say what you expect to decrease the deer population. But i will take a stag at it. Deer are a huge source of revenue for most states DNR. They are closely monitored in every state. Land is set aside for them to inhabit. Food plots are planted. And the hunting season is closely regulated in accordance with the population that year. Now that we know deer aren't in danger. The land, food plots , and hunting restrictions as a byproduct increases habitat for all of the other flora and fauna. So If the deer population were to decrease the Department of natural resources would shorten the season and lower the total population that could be taken. Which would also protect the before mentioned plants and animals in the areas hunted . So If the deer population decreases the other living things would reap a double benefit as a result. Automobiles kill many more deer annually than hunters.
The population decrease in deer would make it easier for other plants and animals to flourish. That is why there are state regulations that help keep the deer population down.

We rely on deer hunters to keep the deer population down in Michigan. When there are competing populations, as deer increase, the others will decrease.or vice versa.

A change in one population causes another population to change. Natural balance/disrupted equilibrium.
Well, there would be a decrease in traffic accidents for sure! I know lots of people who have hit deer while driving. It would have a huge impact on pedators who rely on deer as a food source. But where I live, deer populations are through the roof! even with a longer hunting season the deer are here in extrordinary numbers! I believe this is because there aren't as many predators as there used to be. But hopefully the grey wolf and the cougar can increase in numbers in the east to help resolve the problem.
Read chapter ___ of your book and let us know the answer
ummmmmm hunting them could be a problem
Plants that the deer eat may prosper, predators that eat the deer may lose a food source.
Well, first when the deer would die, other animals that hunted them would start to die, too. Soon there would be not many animals. I'm against hunting, everyone should. Why shoot one of God's creatures and hang it's head up on the wall?
