Forget it. The pers...deer are on the endangered list and cannot be hunted. Back in the old days, the pers...deer were numerous but farming and building has reduced their habitat until there are few left in the wild. However, if you just want to buy a nice knife that comes razor sharp right out of the box, take a look at Cold Steel knives. I think their website is www.coldsteel,com. haha, know your feeling. ha, ohh wee. Any store..hell you can even use your steak knives..but that would be a rigid cut..if you want something smoother and easy in and out go for a paring knife. Those are my favorite..small and portable. It's your fate.
Pers...deer have extraordinarily tough hides. You can't buy a knife sharp enough. It would have to be hand-forged by the dwarves under the mountain in the dark of a new moon.
Anyone asking a question like this shouldn't own any sharp objects!
