A wild deer can live up to 10 or so years if it lives in a habitat with virtually no threats and plenty of food, but a deer usually lives to be five years in the wild

However, one deer managed to live to be 19 years old in captivity
there is a wildlife programme in britain called autumn watch and there's this Red Dear who the top man and hes 20 + years old which is very rare and he still hold prime position and wining all of the fights.
